Review: New Revlon Lip Butters

Hello my beautiful readers! I am back to do a post on these Revlon Lip Butters. The Revlon Lip Butters have been here in Australia for quite awhile now. I know that awhile ago, America had some new shades launched and now they finally arrived in Australia. We have four new shades called Pink Lemonade, Juicy Papaya, Sorbet and Wild Watermelon. I first saw these at Myers but they are slowly hitting the shelves at Priceline.

I picked up at Juicy Papaya and Wild Watermelon at Priceline in Westfield Doncaster since Priceline is having a buy 1 get 1 free sale. This is the only Priceline that I saw that had the shades I wanted, plus I went just in time as they were having a Little Black Book sale which got me an extra 10% off these babies!

These Revlon Lip Butters retails for $21.95 AUD each which is pricey in my opinion so I really recommend you to wait for those buy 1 get 1 free sales, or Revlon 50% off sale which occurs quite often now.

What I Use To Wash My Make-Up Brushes

Hi friends! How are we all today? Today I took a trip to a shopping centre that is about 45 minutes away from where I live, since I was in the area to do some errands. I saw that they had Daiso so I went in to see if they have my favourite make-up brush cleaner! If you don't know, Daiso is a Japanese store that sells all of their products for $2.80. The closest Daiso in my area never stock this and when they ask them, they said that it will be back in 2 months. I have been checking constantly for this product.

It says that it's for puff and sponges, but I use it for my make-up brushes and so does a lot of other people I know. This Daiso Detergent for Puff & Sponge is really effective. You only need a bit of the product and some water, swirl your make-up brush in it and it's clean. Depending on what brush you are cleaning, you may have to repeat the steps a few times. For the Sigma F80 brush, I clean it twice or three times with the detergent before it's completely clean.

I bought 5 bottles of this detergent just because I know that my Daiso will not have it in stock for awhile. I seriously love this stuff, it does the job and it's only $2.80 - seriously it cannot get better than that! Let me know what you use to wash your make-up brushes!

Inglot Freedom System Palette

Every single time, Chadstone Shopping Centre has a VIP night - I would always walk into Inglot and then just walk out. About five months ago, I did a lot of research on which shade of eyeshadow I should get but I never bought any. But last night, if you didn't know, was Chadstone VIP day. I walked into Inglot and looked around, contemplating whether or not I should purchase anything but in the end, I did.

I went ahead and got the 4 eyeshadow Freedom System Palette. Let me just say that choosing 4 eyeshadows was very hard. There was so many to choose from! Let me break down the price of the freedom palette.
  • Freedom System Palette 4 Eyeshadow Square - $13 AUD
  • Freedom System Eyeshadow Refill Square 2.5g - $10 AUD

Review: Australis Matte Out Mattifying Face Base

Hello my beautiful readers! First off, I am so sorry for the lack of posts. I know there is absolutely no excuse for it! I have been thinking about what I should post next, and I thought I should do it on my most-used mattifying primer. I don't try Australis products much but I have heard a lot of good things about it. If you don't know, Benefit has a similar primer that comes in a stick form too called the "Stay Flawless 15 Hour" primer.

Empties #3 (August Edition)

Hi everyone! It has been awhile since I last posted anything on my blog. I just get too lazy to take photos some times but I know that's not an excuse. This post was long overdue but just in time for August empties. Most of these products I have used up in this month anyway so it's okay. Let's get right into it.
